Commissioned workshop menu

Our workshops are an effective and engaging way to deliver learning and development to meet organisational needs.

Our workshops are available to commission and designed to support organisational learning and development priorities.

These sessions are delivered directly to your teams and can be tailored to reflect your local priorities. Our learning team can work with you to understand your priorities and agree the most suitable learning solution for your organisation.

Research in Practice Partners can book dedicated online learning workshops as part of their membership allocation. Link Officers can visit the Link Officer toolkit to review the available topics.

We offer a wide range of workshop topics that can be delivered exclusively to your organisation. These sessions are suitable for:

  • whole teams
  • service areas
  • mixed audience groups
  • workforce development programmes
  • organisational improvement initiatives.

Each session is designed to enable interactive participation for up to 25 people. Using a range of engaging learning methods, each workshop focuses on practical application of learning to real-world practice.

Workshops can be commissioned for online or in-person delivery, depending on your organisational needs.

Online workshops are delivered via Microsoft Teams by experienced facilitators. In-person delivery can be arranged at a venue of your choosing, allowing for in person engagement.

Commissioned workshops can be tailored to suit the learning needs of your organisation. This could include:

  • Commissioning a single workshop from our menu.
  • Commissioning multiple workshops as a themed package.
  • Integrating workshops into a wider organisational development programme.
  • Combining workshops with other commissioned/membership offers.

If you are unsure which workshop best meets your needs, get in touch to discuss your priorities and recommend suitable options.

Delivered by experienced facilitators, our online learning workshops use a range of methods to engage participants in active learning. This includes short presentations, breakout room discussions, practice scenario examples, videos, individual exercises, and group discussion all aimed at addressing learning objectives.

Following the workshop, participants will be sent presentation slides, follow-up resources with further activities, and links to relevant materials.

Participants will be invited to complete feedback following the session. A summary of this feedback can be shared with your organisation.

To commission a workshop for your organisation, fees start from £1,100, depending on delivery format and scope.

Research in Practice Partner organisations receive preferential rates.
